Doing Yogic practices in a dedicated manner for continual days has a profound impact on your system, bringing significant support to each aspect of your inner and outer being. Through yogic practice, one can connect with their inner systems and reach benefits such as rejuvenating the body and the way it takes in food. Yoga provides an updated manner of receiving energy from food, which in turn can lead to less cravings, less hunger pains, and better recognition of fullness. In this program we will work together to provide foundational tools to help you lose weight, maintain your body + holistic wellbeing, fuel your body with healthy eating habits, as well as sharpen your mind, and balance your emotions.

12:00 pm - 1:30 pm : Lunch & Reset
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm : Afternoon Session
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm : Late afternoon Session

Note: One must attend all sessions in order to participate in this program.

No prior Yoga experience is needed to attend the program.
