On Pournami (Full Moon Day) this session introduces you to the science of Yoga and how it can benefit your productivity, focus and overall wellbeing. Also offered here is a simple, yet powerful breathing technique to help cultivate mental balance.
The program will start at 6:00 pm (PST) with an invocation, followed by Introduction of Hatha Yoga and a breathing practice.
