Surya Kriya:

Session 1 - 9:00 am to 12:30 pm
Session 2 - 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm

“Surya” means “sun,” and “kriya” means “inner energy process.” Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system.
